Whew, the holiday season can be a crazy busy time with so many things to do. Before you know it time has slipped away and you are running out of time or behind on things, kind of like me and getting this post completed.
Here is a holiday idea for those times when you have little time and guests are coming by or showing up unexpected. It is always good to have supplies on hand to whip up a quick charcuterie board for those holiday visits. If you have the following on hand, you can get this snack tray ready in no time flat.
Always have these items readily available for a quick charcuterie board that will take 5-10 minutes to get ready.
Have on hand your favorite cured meats, cheese, fruit, crackers, and even nuts
Cured meat and cheese ideas:
Summer Sausage, Salami, Pepperoni, Prosciutto
Pre sliced cheese variety pack; my favorite is the Walmart assorted cheese
which includes swiss, pepper jack, cheddar and colby jack.
Assorted crackers of your choosing.
Fresh fruits such as grapes, strawberries, or any other fruit of your choice.
Assortment of nuts, olives are also a great addition.
